It's been a while...

Sorry it has been a while since my last post. I have actually been researching and working on publishing a cookbook with all of my concepts and recipes. I sent my manuscript off to 6 publishers about 3 weeks ago and have been denied by 3 of them. The first was because they only use the recipes from their magazines, the second isn't taking on new projects right now and the third said that they are not sure they could effectively market it. I am starting to feel a little bit down about the idea, but I am still hopefull about the other companies. If I can't get a publisher to publish my cookbook, I will be looking into self publishing. Anyway, I just thought I would leave a quick note to tell you where I have been. I will let you know when I hear more.
